Northwood Stabbing

On 06/02/2018 at approximately 2248 hours the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received multiple 911 calls for a stabbing at 604 7th St N in Northwood. Deputies arrived on scene to discover a victim who was stabbed multiple times. The victim was transported to Mercy Medical Center by the Mason City Ambulance for nonlife threatening injuries. This incident remains under investigation and charges are expected to be filed.
