Worth County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a subject from Kensett to make sure he is ok. If you have seen this subject or know of his whereabouts please let the Worth County Sheriff’s Office or your local law enforcement agency know. Mark Waters, 44, was last seen wearing a black athletic shirt, light colored khaki shorts, black ankle socks, and dark colored shoes similar to the clothes that Mark is wearing in the photos.
