On August 3, 2017 at 11:29 p.m. the Worth County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Highway 105 at Dogwood Avenue. The driver was identified as Ingvald Sunde. Upon further investigation Sunde was arrested and charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense, a serious misdemeanor. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
