Update on the assault that occurred on 6/21/2017 at 1540 368th street Manly, Iowa. The victim was 58 year old Donald Gilbert Beery Jr and still remains at the hospital in Iowa City. The case is still under investigation by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Worth County Sheriff’s office at 641-324-2481.
